Once we have received your return package and it meets our return requirements, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your returnedgoods and that we will refund you as soon as possible. It can take up to 14 business days from sending the package back until we have received and processed it. We usually refund the money to your account the same day you receive the confirmation that we have received your goods. However, it may take up to 2 weeks before you can see the money in your account.

We recommend that you check your goods for any defects before removing our hangtags and throwing theoriginal packaging out.

All items can be returned when unused. i.e. You’ve tried the clothes, but haven’t washedit. In addition, the item must be as new (it is not washed yet). Finally, a product can only be refunded if it is undamaged. If there is anything wrong with the item when you receive it, return it as a complaint. (read the above paragraphs regarding claims and processes).

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the merchandise’s commercial value.

If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In case of an impairment that you are liable for, this purchase amount is deducted.

We may withhold the refund until we have returned the goods, unless you have previously submitted documentation to have returned it.
